Return and Exchange Policy

Maybe you received an item, and it didn’t fit the way you expected, or maybe you changed your mind, or the product is not up to your expectations.  It doesn't matter, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. You can return your purchases for an exchange or a refund.  

We only have some small policies you need to follow:

  • Items can be exchanged or returned within 15 days from the day of delivery.
  • All costs of returns for exchange and refunds are the responsibility of the customer. In the event of exchanges, we will pay to return the product back to you. We will pay for return shipping in case of mistakes or manufacturing issues.
  • Items must be in the original packaging, include product labels and be in unused condition. Hats, boots, shoes, and all products must be returned including the original box.
  • Hats, boots and shoes returned without an exterior shipping box will be charged $10
  • Boots must be free of any scuffs or scrapes on the bottom soles. Please be careful when trying them on and only do it in carpeted surfaces as to not damage the sole.
  • All express shipping charges are not refundable.
  • Make sure to get a tracking number for your return shipment. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.


Please allow 3 business days once your items arrive at our warehouse, to start processing your exchange or refund.  Shipping back to you for the first exchange will be done free of charge.
In case of refund, please allow up to 10 days for it to be processed once the product arrives to our warehouse.
